As a club who started in the grassroots recreational leagues of Rochester, we know the importance and value these leagues bring to the Rochester soccer community. Our recreational teams compete at the Rochester Sports Garden and Total Sports Experience. The teams focus more on having fun and enjoying the beautiful game.
